I usually take my Pilates classes in the morning around 9am. I find that way I can get it done and feel super energized for the day ahead! By the time I leave the class and get back to home I'm hungry, again!
So, I usually reach for a yummy avocado toast. The trick to the most delicious avo toast is adding a few drops of lemon and extra virgin olive oil. Then I always add some fresh black pepper and some ref pepper flakes!
Some Benefits of Avocados:
contain more potassium than bananas,
loaded with healthy fatty acids,
loaded with fiber,
people who ate avocados had a much higher nutrient intake and had a lower risk of metabolic syndrome.
