I love trying new Pilates classes in the city, and practicing Yoga with other yogis in a studio. But, I also love practicing at home a lot. It's so convenient for me to just roll out my mat and get in a quick yoga fix in the morning. After years of trying different home workouts online, I have decided that the best resource is YouTube! I guess the reason I keep coming back to some of my favorite channels is that they have a great variety of videos that really work and make me feel amazing. Plus, it's all FREE and available ANYTIME, ANYWHERE! Yes! :)
For Pilates: I've recently discovered the lovely Lottie Murphy. She is a Pilates instructor based in U.K. Her YouTube channel is full of healthy delicious recipes, and amazing quick Pilates workouts!

For Yoga I really like Tara Stiles' videos. She is the founder of Strala Yoga in New York City. I've discovered Tara Stiles Yoga when I was doing the BBG workouts. After the intensive interval training sessions, I'd crave a good, calming stretch for my whole body. For a great stretching routine, I do the Total Body Stretch I listed below. I usually do it the first thing in the morning, or sometimes just before bed. It is AMAZING. She has a very soothing and calm voice. Her videos are short but intense.
