Honestly, it took me years to figure out what works for my body. My food philosophy is very similar to my fitness method. I love simplicity, quick with maximum benefits. WHAT IS MY DIET LIKE? As I've share on my IG page before, I eat a mostly whole food, plant based diet with some fish and eggs (sustainably sourced whenever possible.) MINDFUL EATING I practice eating mindfully and according to my body's circadian rhythm. I’m also enjoying intermittent fasting for about 12-14 hours during the week.
