Weekly Pilates Classes
This special 4 week Pilates series is designed by me to make you feel amazing in your body and mind in the new year. I will take you through an hour of whole body Pilates flow on the mat each week. You’ll be worked from head to toe, strengthening and stretching as well as improving your posture, coordination and core stability. The class will focus on the essential Pilates principles, good alignment, breathing and mindfulness to help you get the most from your movement.
Once you sign up for a class, you will also receive an exclusive wellness newsletter from me that includes a quick healthy recipe, a wellness tip and a friendly reminder about the next Pilates class in the series. This is the perfect opportunity to move your body, connect with local Pilates babes and chat about all things wellness! Excited to see you there!
When: Sundays in February at 11:30am
Class dates: 2/3, 2/10, 2/17, 2/24.

Price: 1 session for $25 or 4 sessions for $75
